  • Q: What is TVim?

    A: TVim is a great way to watch selected channels over the internet, which you can easily access from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or personal computer.
    It allows all your family members to watch their favorite programs, at any time, enabling this new multi-screen experience.
    TVim is offered only to active users of any of our bundle service packages: Digital TV and Internet.

  • Q: How does it work?

    A: TVim works as a web or mobile application in three languages, which is easily accessible and user-friendly. To access the web application, you need to go to www.tvim.tv and sign up with the username and password provided for your previous subscription to our bundle services Digital TV and Internet while for the mobile application, it depends on whether you are an iOS or Android user and in each case you should visit the “App store” or “Google Play” where you can download the application free of charge and sign up in the same way as for the web application.
    This service is provided in any place in Kosovo in the IPKO network.

  • Q: How can I sign up or subscribe?

    A: To subscribe to the TVim service, you must be an active user of any of the bundle service packages: Digital TV and Internet. To find out exactly if your service package allows you to activate TVim, please contact the Call Center.

    You can easily access TVim through www.tvim.tv by signing up with your username and password, which you have in the contract of the bundle service to which you are subscribed.

  • Q: Where can I get my username and password?

    A: You must use the username and password written in the contract of the package which you have activated with the bundle services: Digital TV and Internet. If you have forgotten your password, please contact our customer care support, or visit one of our shops, and we will reset your password for you.

  • Q: How do I download the smartphone application?

    A: If you are an Android user, click on “Google Play store”, while if you are an “iOS” user, click on “iTunes store”. Whichever of these two systems you use, downloading the application is free of charge.

  • Q: How much does it cost me to subscribe to TVim?

    A: The price of TVim is €3 per month for all users who do not have activated a bundle service package: Digital TV and Internet.

  • Q: What channels come with the TVim?

    A: TVim comes as a selection of channels in two packages, depending on the DTV package, whether Family or Premium, within your bundle service. If you have the Family package in your bundle service, by subscribing to TVim you will have access to the following channels:
    IPKO, T7, Dukagjini, Top Channel, Klan Kosova, Kanal 10, Zeri, T HD, Film Nje HD, Film Dy HD, Family HD , Film Komedi, Film Aksion, FOX, FOX life, Baby TV, Bang Bang, Cufo TV, Junior TV, Boomerang, EXP Shkence, EXP Histori, EXP Natyra, My Music, MTV, TDC, VOX, RTL.

    If you have the Premium package in your bundle service, by subscribing to TVim you will have access to the following channels:
    IPKO, T7, Dukagjini, Top Channel, Klan Kosova, Kanal 10, Zeri, T HD, Film Nje HD, Film Dy HD, Family HD , Film Komedi, Film Aksion, FOX, FOX life, Baby TV, Bang Bang, Cufo TV, Junior TV, Boomerang, EXP Shkence, EXP Histori, EXP Natyra, My Music, MTV, TDC, VOX, RTL, Super Sport Kosova 1, Super Sport Kosova 2, Super Sport Kosova 3, Super Sport 2, Super Sport 3, Super Sport 4, Super Sport 5, Super Sport 6, Spot News, Fast & Fun Box HD, Euro Sport. We will continuously enrich the contents of both packages.

  • Q: Can I subscribe to TVim as an internet subscriber?

    A: No, you must be a subscriber to one of our Digital TV and Internet services and then subscribe to TVim as an additional service which will allow you to watch your favorite programs on other devices, anywhere in Kosovo.

  • Q: Can I use TVim if I am a business client?

    A: Yes, you can use the TVim service even if you are a business client, just make sure that your business package is a bundle service package: Digital TV and Internet. To find out more exactly if your business package contains the TVim service, please contact our Call Center.

  • Q: How many devices may I connect with TVim?

    A: You may connect up to three devices at the same time or at any time, to enjoy the selection of channels on TVim.

  • Q: Can I use TVim on my Smart TV?

    A: If your smart TV supports Android applications, you can install it. Otherwise, not for the moment.

  • Q: Can I use TVim on other networks (non IPKO networks)?

    A: Not for the moment. We have designed it in such a way so as to maintain and control the service quality. For more information, please refer to question – How does it work?

  • Q: Can I use TVim on GPRS?

    A: Video requires high bandwidth (similar to Youtube), so unfortunately it is technically not possible to use this service on 2G networks.

  • Q: Will you add more channels to TVim?

    A: Yes, we plan to add more channels in the future. We are constantly working and already we are testing new features to provide the best customer experience in Kosovo.

  • Q: Can I set SMS reminders, if I don’t have an IPKO GSM number?

    A: We support SMS reminders only for IPKO GSM subscribers. If you do not have an IPKO number, please visit one of our shops and we will find a suitable package that will suit your needs.

  • Q: How many reminders can I set?

    A: You can set 5 reminders per day, and 10 reminders in total.

  • Q: If I have TVim and visit someone else who also has it, will the app work?

    A: Yes. in such a case, you are both subscribed to TVim, therefore you can use it with your username.

  • Q: If I have TVim and visit someone else who does not have it, will the app work?

    A: Yes. If the person you visit is using one of IPKO services, you can watch your favorite channels on TVim.
